Electromechanical Proportionality
Historically, giving hydraulic equipment the ability to be controlled remotely whilst retaining proportionality comes at a very high price for such a simple concept. Normally, this would be achieved by replacing the existing monoblock or sectional valve with a PVG(proportional-valve-group), which has a price tag toward ten-grand for a simple, low-function system and loses on-board lever controls.
Our solution to this problem is rather than remotely controlling the hydraulics in the valve-block itself, we control the existing on-board levers and spools remotely using radio controlled linear actuators. These actuators can be attached to cross rods on hydraulic cranes or coupled directly to valve blocks from monoblock valves to sectional valves such as the Walvoil SD6. This system provides an affordable, easy-to-implement solution which can be retrofit to existing hydraulic equipment.

Design Features
Modular Actuators
Our linear actuators offer the ability to be fine tuned, either to match the proportionality of your valve block or to change the sensitivity of the control. All this can be controlled simply by setting the potentiometer on the relay box.
Electronic E-Stop Failsafe
The TTS remotes offer an electronic emergency stop switch on the side of the control unit. Once pressed, all the outgoing signals reset to the default including actuators and all auxiliary functions. This can also be wired into the equipments emergency stop system or a solenoid valve.
Another failsafe is in the event that the levers are stuck in position, the remote will notice and will shut off the signal.
1000m Range
Our remote can be operated from more than 1000m away using PWM radio signals. If the connection is interrupted, the remote behaves as if the failsafe has been hit.
